A total bliss during the sickening days...

Is this life? Exams, due-dates, lectures, highlighters, conflicts and also more conflicts? Argh... I just couldnt breathe if there isnt any break for me! Ok.. Well, there is no solutions to conflicts, just time matters. But i guess, there are some time off for the other matters that affects my mood and life severely. Yes, u read me... S-E-V-E-R-L-Y!

Since I have midterms coming up until the end of this semester, and many date lines to meet, but for me, again, my so-wat, don care and dunno dont care attitude gave me a bright lovely sunday. Why do I say so? Because I started with a great breakfast! Where? Here in Midvalley. Why? Because it serves lotsa pork! Oink Oink!!

Here is what I had for my breakfast! I bet you all will be surprise with my appetite. I hope, im not scaring guys away with it, but who cares?!

This is my 1st round of breakfast. Lotsa DimSum. OMG! I havent had them for months already!

Tada! Here's it. Ive got siu mai, shanghai mai, more DimSum, and more DimSum! Yummy... Air liur meleleh ni

Isnt they lovely? OMG! Im controlling my saliva right now!

My best pick! And bet you, I only eat those DimSum with pork. HarGau, CharSiu Pau not my type! >_<

A closer look to my another favourite food, Yong AiGua. I dint eat it for months edi since it costs so much in KL. But whualalala.... I had it last sunday! Muacks!

U all must be guessing that this sharkfin soup is fake. But trust me, it's REAL. Those fins are so huge! I and purple thought it is a buffet style also but rupa-rupanya, :( It was said to be complementary from the restaurant

Famous Peking Duck. Aha! The most famous dish served. Ok.. U can take more than this 2 pathetic piece. But my stomach started to get cramp edi.. Cos there are more to come!

Loong Har Salad. Ok... the name sound so expensive, but actually, u can see cucumber and apples and some vege which I dunno what, plus some orangeee fish egg.. I dunno what's that call. Neh... those for sushi.. Is issit Mori? Hmm...whatever

Butter prawns. Ok.. I have to admit I dont eat seafood in KL, but these are the biggest prawns I ever seen in KL. Taste? SDK still serves the best! :)

Roast Duck! Another dish that I miss from my hometown. Again.. Eat as much as I can. But i still prefer Roast duck with sour plum sauce. Trust me, Im gonna learn that dish from my DAD!

CharSiu!!!!! Pork Pork PORK!! No Pork, No Life! Best dish of all. Yum... OMG! Im missing it! I havent never eaten CharSiu in KL for all my life here! Trust me, they are hunks and babes! You JUST HAVE TO HAVE IT!

Last dish before dessert! Yup, my last main course would be this chicken. Steamed ones. I pretty love it. Next to it is soya sauce? Nope, Is GuaiLingGou! And I took 3 bowls of that with unlimited honey syrup!

Ok... Those are the dishes that went into my mouth. There are other main courses such as seafood porridge, onion rings, french fries, many YongTauFoo, WoDip, chinese carrot cake, MiHun, etc...

I know we should take fruits before meal, but cant help it! I have 2 bowls of TauFooFar with black sugar as well as coconut milk pudding! :P

Strawberry Konnyaku Jelly. The strawberry is sweet but the jelly was quite hard. So, TauFooFar is still my choice. But Ive finish this as well.

What am I so indulge in? Trust me, you have to take at least 2 piece of this! Too bad, I was too late for my second one cos other people finished it before I can have another one! :'(

This is it! The filling is really soft and the taste, seals your mouth!

Last but not least, Ice creams! Yup, 6 flavours of them and which is the most special? the yellow tub on your right, rich mango flavour!

Ok.. That's our brunch. We started exercising our mouth and throat from 11am to 2pm. Non stop eating great stuff? Expensive? For all the lovely pork, this buffet together with 6 different free flow juices worth all penny! RM34, including tax.

After breakfast, what to do? Have to start exercising our hands and legs. This is what we did:

Oouui.. U guys must be thinking im playing all day long. Actually no! I have another midterm in 3 days time when i when out! So, the last station, would be StarBucks. Had a huge chocolate drink with additional dark chocolate added to it, complementary from my own brought chocolate. Ooooohh....I just love chocs as much as i love pork!

My proof that I was studying..

Here's a strong evidence that I was studying. I managed to go through 8 notes in 3 hours! Geng leh.. What issit about? Reproductive system! I and Purple was discussing about papilla, spermatogenesis and bla bla bla... All those scientific words! And all you have to know in production of a new human. You know what I mean, right? I hope so..

Death...

Recently, I again received news about deaths around me. This time, yes, it doesnt involved people in my family, but then, it happened in family of my friends.

A few weeks back, I received a sudden news about the leaving of the grandpa of my close friend here in IMU, popo. I know how it felt when family member that you once lived with and so close with left you, and you know that he or she wont be back anymore. I already experience losing family members for a several of years because my parents come from a HUGE family. Really HUGE.

At least, the grandpa, left the suffering he has now. He witnessed the wedding of his grand daughter, lived happily with his family for a few decades. All these are the blessings he had. Honestly, he is really blessed with all these blessings.

I know I should be happy like the rest of the Malaysians, celebrating Lee Chong Wei's victory in the semifinals in the Olympics 2008. I am indeed very HAPPY and excited and much looking forward to seeing Lee raise his racquet after winning the gold medal.

However, I am again shocked with another death, of someone that i knew. My senior. Frankly, I really dunno who he is. I only know he is my senior and there is such person exist.

He is a year younger than I do and will be graduating in a year. He has bright future. And according to his friends, he is a very brilliant student. Play hard, study smart. Their batchmates even vowed to win the gold medal in IMU CUP basketball match. But yet, a sudden leave, makes everyone so shock.

He was involved in an accident on his way back here to KL to submit his report on his final year project.

Thinking of this, makes me ponder again.. If i really leave this world tonight, will I regret? Life is too short to be unhappy. Life is so unpredictable. Life wasnt easy, Life wasnt fun as well. Life is so short. Too Short..

Surrender

Today, I just want to thank my parents for giving me a book entitled : The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren.

This book has amazing effect on me. It always attend the problem Im facing.

Everytime I face different obstacles and even fear, this book give me all the hints the purpose of life, how to handle the recent problems and how to face it.

Today, I started the day with a very heavy loaded heart. I just cant understand why. Thinking of family, friendship, love, studies, responsibility, uncertain future, and my own desire, life seemed so grey. So grey, that I almost breakdown once again.

Felt so lonely. Felt so alone. Lost my path. Lost myself.

Then, I thought of this book. It has been long time since I opened this book. And again... today, the book speaks to me again.

Today is about surrender. People often thinks that SURRENDER is a negative word, but however, this is the most powerful word in a person. How much do you have to give up to surrender to something or someone?

Once, William Booth quoted that: the greatness of a man's power is in the measure of his surrender. It takes so much for a person to surrender which includes the 3 main things of life - Trust, Pride and Fear. Surrender simply affects all these 3 things.

Today, I realised, there are something that I have to give in to a Particular Someone, Someone Mighty and Someone that Never given me Up, My Father, The Everlasting God. There is nothing He cant do. His power wins everything in this material world.

I realised, all these while, I have taken someone else as my idol. No one likes to be substituted, so as Him. I realised, all these while Im TOO self-oriented. I wanted things to go my way. I want it on the spot and I want eveything to happen according to my plan. I knew Ive changed to be greedy and too anxious. I put God aside long enough. I have made a mistake.

Listening to the song You are the Music in Me and also Bad Day, I just felt so light now. Ok... Doesnt mean there's a light shinning on meor Im floating or I'm glowing, but I just hope, the agreement that Ive made today with God, I realised, where am I now. And I know where and what I should be doing. And of course, Im just an ordinary human that needed to be reminded everyday about this contract with God.

Surrender to God is not the best way to live, but it is the only way.

I just hope the glow will continue to stay on my face as well as heart and in everyone that I care and love so much!

UMS kedapatan lagi...

Why UMS kedapatan? Because this quote was used by archie to tell me big events that happen in UMS. Erm.. those geng ones lar. So, here is a big event involve UMS students in KL.


Blogging about UMS this time. About its people. Known many UMS people; from the short ones to the talls ones, from the dark ones to the fairer ones, from the bookworms to the streetsmarts; but this time, gonna blog Music School of UMS.

Why music? Ok..Im just an ordinary girl that knows abit about piano. And this time, UMS people opened my eye into another world - the electone world..

I have another clip of Tank's playing which was quite amusing, but yet, his gf hasnt send it to me, Well, even if he did send, i think, it will take my another week to upload. So, just enjoy this piece that won UMS the Outstanding Award in this 2008 Electone Festival. They are really great, fantastic, superb and more Superb!

Ok... Be honest... I once wasnt so much keen on going into UMS. But then, after many outstanding achievements, I started to change my opinion on UMS. Is not that i look down on UMS. Is just that, I wanted to leave Sabah at the first place. If u ask me then, whether i regret not going in, it will be a definite no. But if u ask me now, I have nothing to say cos im uncertain.

Im blessed with free entrance ticket to this spectacular performance. It involves best electone players in the whole Malaysia. Fancy that!

It was a great gathering with these fellow mates. I felt as if, im being myself. I felt so relieved with them. Their presence really brightens up my day. Although i had a deep knock onto my head during the ice-skating:

We have our skates as proof we graduate our 1st ice skating lesson. At least no cuts, just some exercise to the bottoms. Mou chuen mou lan..

Then after a huge dinner at Sunway, guess where we went after that? JCo's! Where everyone get their donuts now!

Ok.. We had some debate on the Men and Women are Equal topic there. And believe me or not, Marchy and Garnet, almost went to take of their shirts debating. But i had fun seeing a might be solicitor and psychologist debating about this topic. Who won? The one that said nothing at all but smiled!

After dinner and also doughnut for dessert, we still want more dessert. And where we went? TADA! Yogur Berry. Believe me.. Their ice cream are nice..

And like kids, we start to get busy with:

Camwhoring and errr...trying to act? What are they doing? "Mama... I want ice cream uhh.." "hmmm... let me think. If u can pay for it, then, go get it! If not, WATCH ME EAT!"

U can see how nice the ice cream is. Dont willing to let go the spoon when we are playing Stacko. And believe me, everyone is so attentive, which NEVER happens during lecture. Why? This is why:

Thinking back.. It was one of the best day this year. Good things come fast and go even faster.
